Which trinket?

As a rogue, which two trinkets should I use for PvE? http://www.wowhead.com/?item=46082, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42131 and/or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44914?

Base stats or proc chance?

Those all suck for PvE. If it's all you've got, I would probably use Titan-Forged (the use effect can come in handy. not better than a PvE trinket, but helpful) and Anvil of the Titans.

I'd pick up a Darkmoon Card: Greatness and a Mirror of Truth ASAP. Both are fairly cheap/easy to get.

No reason why you shouldn't have a Mirror of Truth, it will take a day or two to get...and I am sadly still using it into 10 man ToC hard modes....damn RNG.

Out of those, Titan one is the best.
