You using death and decay at all times and rune strike? Even when it's just one target I always start with d&d as it builds massive aggro, and runestrike helps maintain that aggro.

Rotation: d&d, it, ps, hs, rt, hs, dc, dc, ds, hs, hs and throwing rune strikes when available in between

after that go to standard rotation: it, ps, ds, hs x 4, dc (dump)

never lose aggro.

I hope to God thats not your tank spec. Imp Death strike is amazing. DRW and Bloodworms are epic fail (has their own threat table) 2/5 blade barrier, and NO points in anticipation??

You have 4 points to play with. Either Imp IT if you don't have a frost dk with it, Imp Rune Tap if you have not-so-great healers or PUG alot (and can spare a blood rune to heal yourself), or Ravenous Dead / Necrosis for some extra threat. You can play with blood alot. Maybe you want Death Rune Mastery for more heart strikes? Maybe you want sudden doom. Hell maybe you even want butchery. Throw points around! As long as you avoid Bloodworms, vendetta, DRW, imp blood pres - you can't go wrong! lol

What I don't like about frost tank is the huge amount of uncustomizable it is. I guess you could go more into icy talons and drop merciless combat / chill of the grave / imp Frost Pres... if you wanted to?

I really enjoy blood tanking. When I first started out (you know, 18-20k hps just barely def capped, no SSG rune) I was frost, as I got naxx gears I switched to unholy since bone shield was on a 1min timer and vastly superior to UBA - then ulduar came out, and vamp blood became ridiculous. And my TPS was through the roof. But it seems that rogues no longer expose armor All DK's have been having minor threat issues, but if DPS is pulling of you, that's really the DPS'ers fault.

from what I have read, talked to other tanks, and tried. Blood is great for single target Main Tank raid. If you are doing heroics or pretty much anything else Frost is king because of its AOE threat.
