Cooldown timer

Hello.
Im trying to find a specific addon.

The hunter from Ensidia(on the algalon world first) has it.

On the recent Stars Anub heroic mode kill,both the Paladin and the druid have it.

It's this line that shows when certain spells(with cds) are coming...
and when they reach 0 BOOM they flash in your screen.


Also,if you wanna suggest another great cooldown timer like this would be nice.

There was a hunter add on I think(something with James?) that simply let each spell that had its cooldown timer up flash in the middle of your screen.

Any help?
