Help deciding between two offhands.

I understand Frost should be using slow/slow weapons but I just recently started playing my DK again and haven't had
very many options. My choice is between:

Also, any ideas on some logical ways to boost my expertise would be helpful

Although the other is higher ilvl, it hits for less and would make your Obliterates weaker.

Angry dread, slow slow is the way to go.
alsothehit will help with white swings, and frost doesnt benefit AS MUCH from arp as blood does, so its better despite the difference in item level.
youve got FC/razor on them as well, best choice

Always use the hardest hitting weapon(on average) that you can find, so replace hatestrike with http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=45203?

The only thing about http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45203 is that it lacks the attack power and hit that http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39270 brings to the party. I probably shouldn't even care about hit rating because of Nerves of Cold Steel. Maybe I should run a 10-man Naxx for http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39291. All of this is temporary until some Uld weapons drop for me.

haha.... i have hatestrike and grasscutter because honestly its all i could get my hands on.... and yet i still do 3k+ (sometimes 4k) dps O.o

people ask me all the time how i do so much dps with my gear.... and honestly idk what to tell them XD
