Lockdown is a progressive multi-national Horde PvE raiding guild based on Emeriss EU. Lockdown was formed on October 2nd 2008 during The Burning Crusade by a group of friends who have raided together since they began playing. We were originally located on Deathwing on which we managed to clear all of the content in TBC and all the content up until we decided to move servers. Lockdown migrated to Emeriss for a new home, a fresh start and a better player base to recruit from. The move has been a success and so far we have managed to achieve the Realm First achievements such as Death's Demise, Celestial Defender and Grand Crusader. Our main goal and focus is and always will be end-game PvE raiding content. The core of Lockdown consists of a close knit group of friends, allowing the guilds social side enjoyable both in and outside of raids.

Raid Schedule

25 Man: Sunday - Thursday 19:00GT to 23:00GT
10 Man (Optional): Times vary, after Official 25 Man raids, and/or on off-days.

Lockdown uses the loot system "Loot Council" which has proved very successful within our guild. Our core Officer team will decide on every item and the player it should go to based on a variety of different factors, ranging from an upgrade to raid performance to reliability of the player in question. The officers also work a lot behind the scenes to consider how loot will be distributed on things such as tier tokens. This loot system requires everyone to accept the Officers decisions and think of the guilds best interests. If the guild needs a well geared tank the guild will gear a well geared tank if the guild needs a well geared melee DPS the guild will gear that player also.


What we expect from you:

* Gamesense - You can think for yourself without having to be spoon-fed everything, fully understand game mechanics and tactics for fights prior to arriving to the raid.
* Knowledge - Knowing your class inside and out is vital, all of our members are active theory crafters and know whats best for their class dependant on the encounters at hand.
* Performance - Raids consist of 25 players, that means you are chosen over someone else, your performance is what makes us want you there. We expect 100% performance and focus, mistakes can happen but repeating them isn't helping you or any one else.
* Activity - Our roster is tight, we have a core team of around 25-30 players. We are now seeking to expand this and find exceptional players to help us progress further.
* Communication - You need to be able to speak and listen to vent, this is the primary way we communicate during raids. If you can't understand English very well, don't bother applying.
* Preparation - Your required to always come to a raid fully prepared with appropriate Flasks, Potions, Elixirs and any other consumables.
