This macro should work for you:

    /cast [target=mouseover] Growl
    /y Qieth is awesome!

Please include the full macro, so we are absolutely sure it works...

    /cast [target=mouseover, harm] [] Growl
    /y Qieth is awesome!

Will work even better, since the macro will taunt your target IF you don't have any mouseover-target. That way you can do both with one button.

Is there any way to make a macro that works like righteous defense? Its just so handy to taunt with righteous defense with clique-grid combo when tanking with my paladin.

The problem is that unless the person is targeting the mob they have aggro on, it won't work (since the best you could do would be a targettarget or some sort). It would be useless for pulling something off a healer, for example.

As Sunshine said, there's no good way to do it, as the person with aggro doesn't necessarily have the target to be taunted targeted. Healers would be the prime example, as a healer with target's target showing will not really ever need to target any mobs.
Diplomacy is just war by other means.
