This will have most of its effect on hunters who have high amounts of AP.
My boyfriend who is lvl 45 probably wont see much increase ;-) Not that I'm saying he should!

it's not much of a "stealth" buff if they're announcing it like this before anyone says anything =p

Nothing to QQ over, a relatively minor buff, this paired with the BM buff should mean my damage, 2000 something in Heroic/Valor epics before the mega-nerf when I left the game and refused to return, should jump up to a bit under where it was.
Though not as high, so maybe Blizz felt they raped the spec with the nerf bat half a year ago?

tbh i dont think we need this buff.. i just think we need a new mechanic for Volley, forexample when the cats at Auriaya spawns.. i dont have time to do any prober AoE dmg there cause i need to react and put the location of the Volley and then theres a ½ sec delay before any dmg starts on volley, and by then the rogues ret paladins and warriors and so on already raped the adds..
i dunno what im asking for or whats needed but i guess more dmg on it is good enough - nothing is better than more dmg tbh
but id rather prefer that extra dmg on Steady shot since its pretty useless atm.. that or Serpent sting for survival.
but anyways, extra dmg is extra dmg, so im happy

0.0586 to 0.0837 is just too much of a buff. Why can't it be like 0.0745 instead?
What I'm trying to say, is how do you pick numbers like that? It seems so random, but I know that one way or another, it's justified as balanced. idk, just thinking out loud...
they reverted the 3.0.8 Volley nerf?

old nerf was 30% BASE damage and 30% SCALING
this is a 3% scaling buff
always nice to get buffs... but you wont even notice this change

0.0837 * 0.7 (70%, 30% scaling nerf) = 0.05859 (which rounds to 0.0586), which was the coefficient before 3.2.2. I hope that's explanatory enough.
