Shamans Hard Haste Cap??

Whats the Hard Cap for Haste?? for Shamans I Need the max amount you can use because my Haste so high with my new Teir its kinda stupid at 900+ so my CH hella Fast but I dont know the Hard cap on it can anyone give me some info on this.

There was a thread about it, but I'll summarize:

When your slowest spell (CH) is down to 1 sec cast speed, you have hit the "hard" cap. All haste beyond that is just a waste.
