There is only 1 str weapon in ToC10, and that comes from the tribute run.

Well I think that Blizzard is trying to slow people itemising down a bit, because let's say a nearly full epic ret paladin goes to totc10, and get his hands on an nice str + weapon, would boost his dps by an increadiable margin.
Same goes for furry(lol) and blood dk I guess..

Implemented after ToC, perhaps they planned that ahead, perhaps they didn't. Not exactly on par with ToC gear from a Damage and Speed PoV.

While the speed may or may not be what you want, the dps is determined by ilvl, and the ilvl matches ToC10 reg. Damage range is purely determined by speed and dps.

I wish there was one on normal, I've lost Reckoning several times due to the lack of STR items in ToC, I really need a new stat stick, damn pallies and DKs
