What is the best setup for frost Dwield dps?

Slow MH Fast OH

Which on is best. And what runeforges to use on the MH and OH you chose.
Please describe why whatever you chose is best.

and i would use

rune of gargoyle on MH and rune of the fallen crusader on OH

For DPS?

Slow 2.5+ / Slow 2.5+

Main Hand / Fallen Crusader
Off-Hand / Razorice or Fallen Crusader depending on the fight.

If there is a lot of target switching, double Crusader.

Keep a spare weapon with Fallen Crusader (Off-Hand) for those fights.

Razorice is wasted if the stacks fall off.

He's trolling. My post is 100% confirmed as the best possible set-up for Dual Wield Frost DPS.

Double post, but whatever. For a standard fight, it won't fall off. But say, Jaraxxus, where you switch targets a lot it will fall off easy.

Right now i run with 2xhttp://www.wowhead.com/?item=47148, MH has FC and OH has RI, I have yet to see any issue with RI dropping off.

If you're unlucky it CAN fall off...

For example if it's on 10s duration before icehowl doe shis aoe knockback/charge move, chances are you won't refresh it on time.
Same goes for lets say kologarn if you switch to his arms, or even the wind boss in VOA when you go for the supercharged add. Basically any bossfight with movement, knockbacks, target changes give a chance for RI to fall off.
Also keep in mind, it takes a little while for it to stack up to 10, so for example anub'arak might burrow just after you've reached 10 stacks.

On the other hand, fights like for example gormagg or good old patchwerk, RI is absolutely the winner, it will never fall off there.

So just look at the fight and think for yourself if you're long enough on the same target to (re)build 10 stacks and use them.
