ORRRR it could reduce the channel time AND THE DAMAGE by 51%. much like the resto druid talent that reduces cast time and healing by done from healing touch.

I believe it is a glyph actually, but I get what you mean. I would not like the set bonus if it were like that.

From the context and to give an actual DPS increase then

Reduces the channel time and duration of Mind Flay by 15%

would make the most sense, I suppose. Basically you cast Mind Flay 15% faster.

If 51% would be true, I sure will join the hardest core of raid guild there is and force myself into the citadel and go 4 set pve in arena =) And I would nuke and nuke, yea... I sure would =)

Looks like new goal for passive haste is 26.5%, which would allow MB>MFx3 without clipping. Might even be worth it if haste gets applied to VT and DP instead of just SW:P.

the haste affecting just SW:P is to test the waters, if they feel it is good then I have no doubt that VT and DP will become affected by haste.

Woith =.51 sec and haste would that has be applied after or before. i guess after but with avrage haste (20%) that would bring you down to 2 sec MF's. If my math is right that is 4 in a MB CD now? with out haste bost to VT and DB would that make the core rotation something like this:

DP VT <*> MB MF MF MF MF MB MF DB VT SW <back to *>

Erm, you should have Imp. Mind Blast, which means a 5.5 second cooldown, not 8 seconds. That means you need to get down to a 1.83 second cast time to get 3 MF per MB, which is 36.7% haste raid buffed. If you can reach that then optimal would be to get it to 2.06 seconds so that you could get 8 ticks between MB cooldowns.
