Blood vs Unholy DPS in 3.3

Hello fellow posters.
Currently I am playing as Blood DPS for my guild and so far I love it. I am concerned however that once I get the 4 set bonus of T9 I'll have to switch to Unholy because it does more damage, but I don't like the play style of unholy as much as blood. It also means I'll have to change a lot of gear and get a new weapon, not a very attractive prospect.
Now I noticed the changes for 3.3, SS got re-designed and I'm not sure yet if its a buff or nerf, UB got a clear nerf and it is rumored that the T9 bonus will not affect frost fever any more. What I'd like to know is if these changes are enough to make blood able to go toe to toe with unholy again.
Another question I have, as blood, should I ignore the T9 bonus to get more plate with armor pen (since only 1 out of 5 T9 has ArP), or is the T9 bonus a must have even for blood?
