Considering there hasn't been a Thread on this specifically explaining exactly what the point of the OP was I'll give it a go.
OK, this is probably subject to change, but in its current state does that mean every time you cast Chain Heal and let's say it hits for 12K, do they get healed for 3K (every tick??) until the end of the encounter or until you cast Chain Heal again or what? Because spells are never dispelled / cancelled on a target in PvE.Item - Shaman T10 Restoration 4P Bonus - Your Chain Heal critical strikes cause the target to heal for 25% of the healed amount over until cancelled.
