Levelling stop

Yes it is true. The NPC is somewhere in undercity.


Edit: I was going to find him on wowhead but the site is down atm, the npc looks like an undead rogue twink. I also think he's an elite.

Just a heads up. If you do this you can only do bg's with others with exp off also.

Not that you can't per se but you likely wont get enough players signed up to allow you to play in a BG
