If i faction transfer, i can server transfer azap?

No offense and Im sure there are knowledgeable people here but why not ask on the official WoW site of your area?

I would tend to wait even if it were possible. That way if something doesnt get transferred via faction you can more easily track it as opposed to jumping again.

You can combine the faction xfer with a server xfer. Add the fees (60 bucks I think)

Log in to your new server and there is your toon with the faction change icon.

If the question is 'can I change server straight after I change faction' the answer is yes, they don't share a cooldown.

No. The Faction Change service will not shares its cooldown with any of these services.

"Nah, you can't do it at the same time. It doesn't matter what order you do it in, I would do the server change first, that way you can take your time on customizing your character the way you want it, and take your time on figuring out a name. My personal opinion.
