Well currently, it's bugged, and it's giving casters full mana per tick, and warriors/bears full rage each tick. Next PTR build, it'll probably be bugged again and restore 10% health per tick :P

Apparently it's a pain to summon people because of it, and i can honestly see them changing it to actually be an aura, in that damage taken from it doesn't interrupt your casting, but you still take the damage.

What's funny: When Naxx first came out, my guild told me I needed FR gear, so i got it for sapp, then the next week realized "The hundred club" was much easier than expected....

so i disenchanted it...

Then next patch, hodir comes out, AGAIN I realize I need FR gear. Then the next week, we downed him realizing that FR gear lowers DPS way too much.

SO I DISENCHANTED IT...

NOW THIS?! GOD... DAMNIT!

Ya, but at this point - it's not worth the loss of other stats. I think all the FR gear is ilvl 200, maybe 213. If you plan on beating stuff in ICC, you shouldn't be using much 200 gear.

While AFKing, make sure you're on follow on some healer while killing trash with Frost Resist gear equipped. Problem solved. But yes, it will get annoying.

But seriously, most people will regen more health than that. Tanks may have a problem.
