I like this set, its growing on me fast... when I first saw it I thought of Vivi from final fantasy 9... and Vivi was kick ass, so I'm not gonna complain about this set. I hope they go with purple though, it looks a lot more menacing than that light blue one, even though the blue would fit in with the theme of Icecrown.

This is the one time i'll admit I'd want to be a gnome because then I'd feel as if I got to actually play as Vivi :P

Absolutely nothing to do with vivi this set...
vivi is heavily based on Orko... jus because a gnome wears it it doesnt mean anything.....

If anything it looks more like they based it on Dark Magician

Its a preaty cool set imo, looks alright for a warlock and inspired probably by various sources depicting the "evil" side of wizards.... and with all the sweet bonuses i actually look forward wearing it

Honestly, I think this doesn't look to bad, as people have said, it looks a lot better then our current T9 (Ewwy).

i personally think this set looks awesome... i just hope the shaman t10 looks awesome. At least you didnt get the mage t10.. and honestly i think all sets look bad on gnomes, they shouldve shown the set on a human

tbh.....i thought this set looked ugly as heck...but now that i look at it...it looks freaking badass on that gnome...thank god im ally...

The screenshot from World of Raids does it quite a bit more justice. I am still anxiously awaiting undead screenshots.... should settle for blood elf though. This is still a low-res texture screenshot, but it looks a bit better.

They basically gave that model to mages. Yeah, it's not identical but it has a few similarities to the Blood Council.

T8 is still my favorite, but I'm loving this set. Can't wait to see high def female models.
