What's the problem?

No emblems till after the loot is sorted? How exactly do the leaders sort the loot without looting the corpse and thereby distributing the emblems?

If it really is a major issue, loot master wins, otherwise setup more chat windows.

You can adjust your chat panes to a large extent... disabling loot info in one, disabling trade in another etc.

Use ventrilo / teamspeak while raiding so you can also discuss the items that dropped..
There is no problem, you're just being dumb.

Every mob in a Group or Raid belongs to 1 member who is allowed to loot the grey and white items which are not under roll or LM rules. No matter who loots first, this member always gets the first Emblem. So don't be too quick to blame somebody please.
