What totem/glyphs are broken/glitched?

I'm completely lost and keep getting conflicting information as to what actually broken. As in it does nothing or doesn't do what it says it does, as opposed to being better/worse or sucky. It's my understanding that as of right now glyph of splintering, which affects windfury doesn't work, nor does glyph of windury. Yes, no, maybe so?

Use(at 80)- Glyph of Feral Spirit/ Glyph of Stormstrike / Glyph of Lightning Shield as starting out - other optimal glyphs are popping up (debated flame shock for a bit - still gotta test it myself)

Totem - Get the Totem of Dueling (25 heroism badge one from Naxx 25) +haste rating

I'm not really looking for advice, rather confirmation on which glyphs/totems are not functioning properly.

Glyph of splintering works - it just doesn't show up in the windfury weapon spell tooltip.
Glyph of windfury also works - Though the tooltip on the glyph is really really weird :S

It says: Increases the chance per swing for Windfury Weapon to trigger by 2%.

In which i first assumed that you gain +2% Windfury chance every hit, when you don't hit with Windfury

But it's just a static +2% increase to proc, meaning from base 20%, to 22%

They also cost the same amount of emblems.

Electrifying wind and quaking earth are really close to eachother. But QE wins out in the end (if you went and gemmed AP etc, when hit/exp/spell capped)

DEFINATELY get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47666, all of your Maelstrom procs will be going towards Lightning Bolt, if not Healing Wave, and having 200 Haste is just awesome.

As of the buff to QE, it's actually better in the end.

As far as I know they are all working as intended... some may suck, but they do what they are supposed to do.

What makes you think that any of the glyphs or totems aren't working properly?

When I was looking for advice on the official forums, and asking around people I knew, they were flat out telling me or saying that some were broken or glitched. Lots of guides like the one here, haven't updated the parts about relics, trinkets, and glyphs. I don't know enough to do testing on my own, nor do I own or have access to most of them anyway.
