That isn't any spec without Chimera Shot.

What kind of PvE are you doing? Solo/questing/grinding, 5mans, or Raiding? Or a mix. Each tree has an ability that defines the spec. MM or "marks" is defined by the use of Chimera Shot.

^^^ will work for pretty much any thing you will do assuming you are hit capped threw gear.

^^^ if not hit capped. 262 hit rating or 8% is the cap, if you are Draenei, then you can drop 1 point in Focused Aim and put another point in Improved Barrage. To break it down further:
262.24 Hit cap with 0/3 Focused Aim
229.46 Hit cap with 1/3 Focused Aim
196.68 Hit cap with 2/3 Focused Aim
163.90 Hit cap with 3/3 Focused Aim

These numbers are against a lvl 83 Raid boss so if you are just questing aim for around 166 Hit rating or 5%.

Another small tip is if you spec anything into Focused Aim, it will not show up in your stats, but it is there.
