    Kilt vs. Pants: Per race/sex

There has been a constant dispute between kilts and pants on this forum since I joined. I got to thinking the other day, perhaps it has to do with the race/sex that you play as well. For instance, I play a male orc, so I think pants look good on that model, with a tabard that is.

For this poll, please select one option for each race/class combination. That is, 2 votes for say... trolls, choose one for your male preference, and one for your female preference. Repeat this for each race/sex. I am putting a lot of faith into you guys to understand this. I don't think its too complex, but I think this is the only way to have a definitive answer as to peoples preferences

As a secondary question (but not polled), do you guys think that your spec impacts this preference? I plan an enhancement shaman, and prefer pants, but I like kilts on casters.

As a Draenei male, I prefer a kilt.

Game isn't about having armor look the way you want.
Kilts where kilts belong, on all shaman and druid.
and dressed for paladins. Deal with it.

Re: Kilt vs. Pants: Per race/sex

Based on the races chosen, I assume this is referring to Shamans exclusively, in which case I prefer them to be wearing kilts. Shaman tier sets with pants look wrong to me.

EDIT: Just noticed what forum section this was posted in, so ignore the first bit.

YOU FACE JARAXXUS. EREDAR LORD OF THE BURNING LEGION!

No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No.

Bring back Anub'arak and we have to bring back Kel'Thuzad riding Sapphiron with Patchwerk holding on to the tail dive bombing the raid, who then explodes and out pops Thaddius who instantly casts Polarity Shift and wipes your entire raid leaving Kael'thas to swoop in and steal Frostmourne riding off on the Ashes of Al'ar who then is shot down by Kil'Jaeden riding Flame Leviathan and blown up by XT-Deconstructor who simultaneously explodes leaving a hole in the ground and out pops Yogg-saron who turns in to Sara and is taken away by Thrall who is later indicted on child molestation leaving frostmourne in an evidence bin in the stormwind stockades.

    Kilt for shamans FTW
Pants are good for rogues, warriors, hunters, DKs but not for shamans. Come on... (hate t9)

Kilt/robe across the board for me. It looks way more shamanistic, and since the shoulders are so huge, it generally looks weird without a kilt/robe for some reason.

kilt for resto/elemental, pants for enhance!

Re: Kilt vs. Pants: Per race/sex

I prefer pants for all for one reason: I don't understand how my kilt goes THROUGH my mount, and it bugs me. The same with robes. On top of that, Tabards won't show completely when wearing a kilt or robe.

personally i prefer kilts/dress because that model is rarely used in plate armors and it looks cool on any gender ;D

oh yeah, lets start this debate again for a change :P

anyway, like others have said, you aren't a shaman if your not wearing a kilt. Race/gender doesn't matter.
