Room for improvement

I know there's always room to get better, so I'm throwing myself to the wolves.

Pick me apart, tear me down, and tell me how you'd make me better. Be it spec, gems, or gear (that I have reasonable access to, aka no hard modes)

Currently in a 10 man guild, also lead a weekly 25 man pug in TotC.

I know my hit is "bad" but I throw 6.5-7.0k tps when I forget Vig, so I never have threat issues to be honest. Also, my current plan is to swap out The Black Heart for the Ony trinket within the next week or two.

It would rock with your weapon. Impale is amazing for TPS.
