Not really sure what you were trying to say there, as http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=58875 is the Feral Spirit ability the person you quoted was on about...so yeh...60% faster Bears just doesnt work...and why give one race a different Feral Spirit, when all Horde and Spacegoat shaman have the wolves? It makesa no sense!
