i have stopped playing wow for one and a half year. now i am back and need a small advice. i have five days played at 80 and my gear looks

first off all i would like to know wich shoulders should i use? i raid pdk/pdok 10er with guild and pdk 25 with pugs and some mebers of my guild
in my first pdk 25 run i won trophy of the crusade so i could take the t9 245er or from the shoulders from the emblem? i don't know if i should aim for the t9cp bonus... should i? and if yes what should i replace my head or my robe? i have 245 gloves and 245 pants will drop soon i guess

and 2nd any advices for better trinkets? last but not least immo glyph or life tap??

I was thinking the same thing til I saw he won a trophy. I can barely understand what he is saying. All I know is life tap > immo glyph.

OP is most likely german. Since the german translation of "trial of the Crusader" is "Prüfung des Kreuzfahrers" (=PdK).
