    Decimation

    Heya its been a extremely long time since i played my lock i am using the current 56/15 demo build meta lifetap an felguard glyphs just curious an please excuse the nubbiness of this but dose Shadow Blot still proc Decimation?

    Yes. Once 3.3 hits soul fire will also, so all you do is get up close to the boss and spam soul fire once 35% hits..
