G'day Recruitment Forums! We are currently on the lookout for 1 more healer to bump our roster and cover us through the final content of this expansion and into the next. Although we'll accept exceptional applications from any classes, we're definitely looking for apps from the following:
Restoration Druid
A bit about us! Escapism is a 25 man Horde raiding guild on Hellscream-EU, recruiting to progress into ICC as the bosses open up. We're a mix of guys & girls from across Europe, quite a few from the UK and Sweden, with smaller pockets in Norway, Denmark and Holland and many others dotted across the map. Though we do have a couple of youngsters kicking about, our players mostly range from 18 - 40 years of age, with the average falling somewhere in the mid twenties. Most of us have full-time careers or are in education, so while we do expect our members to take wow and raiding seriously, it doesn't completely rule our lives - it's just what we do to chill, killing bosses with friends on a four day schedule and aiming for some shiny achievements. We supply the fish feasts and gold for raid repairs, you just need to supply flasks - we'd like to think we're pretty attractive overall to people with busy lives outside the game. Read on if this all sounds good so far!

In addition, we cleared all 10 and 25 man content before patch 3.1 (including Sarth 3 drakes on both) and got Horde first Immortal and Heroic:GOTR. Loot is distributed via a loot council based mainly on effort, upgrade and attendance.
Do you have the following?
- Mad skills; we want thoughtful people who are confident with their abilities and can perform to the highest standard. Your death is likely to cost us raid time - you must be able to handle constructive criticism;
- Gear; bear in mind we are all in at least full Ulduar gear now;
- A mature attitude; you are friendly, helpful, respectful and won't make dramaz over loot, sitout or anything else;
- Effort; your gear is always fully enchanted and gemmed and you know the tactics - Elitist Jerks forums should be your second home!;
- Time and commitment - Our raid days are Sunday, Monday, Weds and Thurs from 20.00-00.00 and we expect minimum attendance of 3 full raids per week (out of 4, so 75%), and you arrive with enough flasks to last the night;
- Stable Connection & Computer - Your net can handle anything in this game and you don't dc. Or fail at things because you are playing with 1 fps ; and finally
- Good sense of humour - raiding is serious business, but you gotta have a laugh I'm personally famous for innuendos it seems ("Come on me, you bugger!" - Driving a siege, to Flame Leviathan, naturally!)
