Your Favorite Enhancement Weapon Type

So I'm bored and figured I might throw this out there. I am persoanlly a big fan of axes. I miss the days when axes were everything for an Enhancement Shaman. I am glad that I am back to being able to have 2 good slow axes (yay ToC). How does everyone else feel about the 3 main weapon choices we get as Enhancement Shammies?

Yes lore-wise Axes are definitely on top even though each of our strike icons (Stormstrike, Lava Lash) use maces. There's just something better about the sound of an axe slicing into a boss rather than bludgeoning it. However it is still hilarious to watch my shaman beat someone with two giant mugs. Having played a mage and paladin and raided with both of them in TBC, i loved using fist weps (a new weapon option to me at the time) on my shaman as i leveled him and still do .

Just a shame that the TotGC10 fistwep is so naff looking, although i use it anyway 8)

Axes, no doubt.

wish they would bring back the earth biter weapon imbue though. I miss hitting massivly hard then i should be with my Ravanger (best AoE wep imo), FB and FT just arnt the same.

I like axes better. But I also love DWing big ol' maces, they have a more in-yo-face feeling.

I'm still waiting for them to give us swords, like they give rogues axes. Other then that axes, yes.

Axes definitely. Though I'm also partial to Axe/Fist combos. I still got Rising Tide and Mounting Vengeance in the bank for nostalgia.

The mace from the lvl75 version of the ring of blood or what ever it was called remains my fav one hander, that thing was stupidly big. 2 of them would have been amazing.

I love fist weapons, and the brawler animation that comes with them, although axe/fist is also good. Think of the shamans in WC3, they had massive metal claw-looking fist weapons.

fist. one of the main reasons i rolled shamans is that they could duel wield fist weapons.

those lava fist from TBC were awesome, sadly never got to use them but i saw someone with them i i fell in love.

The Fist/Dagger combo you could use in Wrath pre 3.1 was the shit. Sadly they nerfed it =/

Enhancement is currently my offspec, and so my gear for it is terrible, but I'm using Pride and greed now, and I must say it looks pretty good.

Yeah matching fists are the best. Badge fists and Hyjal fists in BC were awesome.

It's just too bad the fists in hyjal were terrible together because it was a fast offhand. They were at least to me some of the best looking fist weapons blizzard has made.

there are nice mace skins too, but i dont like maces thaaat much ^^

Axes and Maces because I like to have a weapon on my belt.
and then Axes take the top position because of the Tsjak sound they make.

Fists by far. I'm very sad that there's been no matching sets so far in WotLK except for the HORRIBLE Naxx10 set. The Facebreaker dropped again last week and I was sad that I couldn't pick it up for my OH. Especially since nobody else in the raid had any use for it.
