if that nerf means it shares the CD with trinkets (can't figure out any other way to interpret it) then that is a nice buff for priests

It'll be a nice buff for priests and warlocks alike. It's also a good way to level the playing field a bit for races, with race changes coming in. I expect to see mild similar adjustments more and more as we approach Cata, to prevent things like:
Every horde cat druid: troll
Every horde tank druid: tauren
Every pvp horde who can be undead: undead
Every pve horde rogue: orc or troll
etc.

I love variety, but I'd like it to be a real choice. As-is, some stuff's just way more effective than other stuff.

Edit: O and by the way the 5% more stam racial is base only not affected by gear so it is only like an extra 50 HP or somthing stupid. So there is no real benafit to having a tuaren over a troll in bear form.

And the rest of your stuff happens to be way off, there are a ton of idiot BE rogues/priests/hunters/mages who dont care about racials and just like the looks.

Undead officially now have the worst racials in the game, which is great fun considering I have 3 Undead. :-\ WotF was only overpowered in RMP mirrors, where it really, really was OP. Still, they should have just given Undead their own Every Man for Himself and been done with it. It's what most people wanted anyway. Instead we get the lovely 'do not use' button as it leaves you open to a full duration CS>KS with no escape. Thanks Blizz. At least it'll be interesting to see Orc/BE/BE RMPs now... :

You are calling idiots tons of people who enjoy the game instead of trying to spoil it for the others? Stop being an arrogant deep shit and learn maths, your calculations are completely wrong,
1. Get naked
2. (Cur HP)-((Stam-20)*10+20) will give you 105% your base HP; First 20 pts of Stamina give 1HP every point there after rewards 10.
3. Take that and divide by 1.05 to see the amount of HP you have before Endurance.
The reason just getting naked and dividing by 1.05 won't work is because its base HP and your base HP is a static number based on your race/class and completely naked you're still gaining HP from your base Stamina. (I didn't do it myself because I'm a slacker)
+ your beliefs are completely wrong as well. I would rather go outside or shut up, instead of begging for my report!

And about that WotF nerf, it's not what I expected. It should have been something like a chance to resist or lower shared cooldown.

Sorry about that "do not use" button, but I'm sure good players will learn to manage the cd, and they will still have an advantage against locks and priests, and occasionally warriors. This change simply makes wotf a thoughtful decision instead of a faceroll one, except for dk's, who could wisely use cd's to avoid a plethora of CC's for 15-20 seconds, probably longer if they're in the CCer's face.

I would rather have made wotf a "reduced the duration of fears by 15%," passive, and buff cannibalize to for instance cause 2% of all damage dealt heals you for the same amount, plus when activated that amount increases to 20% for 8 seconds. That would be fun, and not designed to make 2 other classes hate life, although a warrior dueling a mage would prolly hate life just a little bit more. That's a rather extremely situation and dueling isn't meant to be balanced anyway.

There is no "manage", you use it on a fear or sleep. There is no fear or sleep you would use your triknet on instead. It is just a flat nerf that makes the human racial (well almost any racials) better for arena.

The point of it currently is to allow you to blow your trinket right after say you get feared and then you get cycloned. Now that you cannot do it, it is a worthless piece of crap. You can NOT blow it knowing you will get CC'ed by somthing else, so you might as well have another racial if your going to save it and use your trinket or wate for the end of the CC.

I would say any class but dranie and NE is > undead if this nerf goes through (for arena). Arena racial choices are about advantage in just 1 situation. Your job durring heavy burst. If you job is to heal you want to either heal better or remove/be immune to CC. If you are DPS you want to either live (if you are the one beeing bursted) or you want to do more damage (if you are bursting.) Having it share a cooldown gives no advantage becuase you could have just trinketed. Where as any other class in that situation has a trinket PLUSS their racial.

With that in mind it gives no advantage at all.

If I'm not mistaken, the shared cd is only 45 sec, so you will still be able to break fear twice as often as others, I don't really see how that is useless.

lol, this nerf was uncalled for- undead fail in PvE 100% compared to ANY other race on horde (except DPS taurens they are even). If they are nerfing their pvp viability they should bring up their pve viability- give them expertise with something, swords, maces or something like humans.
