Hello and welcome to the Lightning Recruitment Thread

Lightning is an Alliance Raiding guild on Kilrogg Raiding form 22:00-02:00 Server Time Mon - Thur

We are the late shift due to people in the guild tending to have children or working late and the standard "norm" doesnt fit into our lifestyles. However rest assured that when we raid there is nothing casual about it and we are looking to take down the toughest encounters out there

We are currently looking for people to Join Our Ranks and help us push towards our current goals of clearing 25 ToGC heroic. The classes we are looking for are below:

Tanks
Deathknights preferably but all tank specs will be considered

Healers
Looking for 1 paladin, 1 druid and shaman

Dps,
Mages - High
Hunters - High
Shaman (Elemental) - High
Warrior - High

We will consider applications from all other dps classes as well except for Warlocks, Shadow Priests and Retri Paladins.


What we expect from you.

Good Raid attendence (75% or more, 3 out of 4 raids a week)
Know your class like the back of your hand
To be geared ready to go into totc heroic
Be prepared for every raid, pots, flasks etc
Be respectful to others
Take advise and sometime critisim
Not to be quitting the game anytime soon
Read up on encounters before you get to the raid
To keep up to date with our forums

What you can expect from us:

A raid team which will take on some of the hardest encounters currently in game
A friendly Mature atmosphea and some good times on ventrilo
An experianced raid leader
