first time posting. I am looking for everyones opinion about spec/gear on what to change and what not to change. with ICC around the corner id like to make sure I am where I need to be.

yes its a staff but does not have ne spirit or mp5.

yes i know my shield is the suck, havent been lucky enough to obtain a better one currently. thus using a staff in replace till im able to obtain one.

again ne input would be nice either it be negative or positive.

Get Abyssal Rune, ASAP.
The Talisman you have SUCKS for Ele. It really, REALLY, SUCKS. Big time...
Just so you get some insight: (will be taking my stats, big amount of haste and rather low amount of crit, so crit counts for more than for mediocre-geared players)

So yes, it really sucks for us.

Spec is okay, Gear-Choice is good (maybe focus less on Crit, other items with Haste are partly superior... like Dalaran Ring for yours, Valky'r Neck for yours, something like that) and I've got a question for glyphs...
Do you raid with a demo-lock?
Because if not I'd say grab the ToW-Glyph > Lava, since I think you're not above SP-cap for Lava to be better.

first thing...dont really know why i use ne in palce of any...i think it saves me that one second ... and yes we do raid with at least one demo lock at all times. i have been using the volatile trinket due to its use for haste, but will start looking for another to replace it
