Gear/Addon Advice for a Tankadin

I was just wondering if i could get some advice on my current tank build and gear any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and I'm also looking for a few addons like the ones featured on the gunship battle video? if anyone knows the names of those that'd be awesome too

Your gems are random and horrible:
Nlue slots: pure Stamina
Red slots: Stamina/Agility or Stamina/Dodge never ever gem for expertise.
Yellow slots: Stamina/Defense


Your spec should have Vindication instead of Conviction and you need to remove that useless Glyph of Shield of Righteousness to get Glyph of Seal of Vengeance.
