Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Army of the Dead: The cooldown on this ability has been reduced from 20 minutes to 10 minutes. Army Ghoul damage dropped by 50%. Cannot be used in Arenas.
Now, if I'm not mistaken, doesn't NotD reduce army's CD by 10 minutes? Wouldnt that make the army ghouls have 100% uptime? That seems like it could be interesting

with the current NotD yes... but knowing blizz by now... yes it will most likely be changed

if they dont change it, unholy tanking will take the top teir of raiding tank specs, so yes blizz will probly make it reduce the CD to 5mins.

GhostCrawler has already said on the forums that Night of the Dead reduces the cooldown to 6 min with this change.
Sorry to everyone wanting 100% uptime on it.
