Ele BiS pieces

Well yesterday I got a few upgrades, and was wondering what pieces of gear are BiS for me (not including 25 ToGC as I don't run that on a regular basis).

and yes I do have the mats for 10 stats to chest and 25 int to shield, as well as the proper epic gems, I just didn't have the gems or mats on me at the moment and had to go to bed because the raid I was in ran later than I had expected it to.

Now, to be serious... why the hell do you have that girdle?
It's basically only Spellpower... and it only gives 24 SP more than http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47994, which has Haste comparable to the Crit on your girdle. Seeing as Haste is way better than Crit, Icehowl Binding should be at least equal to your belt, even if you're at Hitcap.
Now with Icehowl Binding you could get rid of that Firestorm Band, to get more Haste. (you'll probably lose a bit of SP again, but you'll gain more Haste)
Well, just wanted to add that... because I really, really don't like Crit/mp5/SP items for Elementals.

Wisdom's Hold is better than 245 Bastion (though only slightly).

Other than that, what kind of gear do you have access to?
i.e. Drape of the Sunreavers would be superior to 245 Displacement and the lost hit can be gained by replacing Bejeweled with Felspark for an overall gain in SP.

For the original poster: Other than your T9 pieces, only real elemental gear you have are weapon, shield and boots which are BiS pre-heroic mode. A lot of the rest of your gear is more ideal for resto.

The 272 cloak is obviously better, but I couldn't see it on chardev and seeing as you are asking on MMOChamp about your own gear, I doubt you'll be getting Insanity (no offense!)

Well if its not ToGC25, its not BiS, simple. He asked for BiS list.

If I follow your logic, I could say that you're totally wrong and fail.

He didn't write that he's seeking for a Shaman BiS. Could be that he meant a Twink and that he mixed up the Armory.

Or he wanted a BiS for Restoration. Might be possible, he's offspec-resto, you know.


He wanted to know what's the best gear he could get. If he has no access to ToGC25, than he has no access to ToGC25 and items from there are NOT BiS for HIM. If all Items from Icecrown would be discovered on the PTR before the patch ships, then they would NOT be in the BiS one could get on the live servers AT THAT MOMENT.
