Hi all, couldnt find a thread like this for warriors (if there is one, I apologize)

the rules are simple, look at the link above you and provide the person with some constructive criticism

that could be regarding talents, gemming or gear choices.. basically whatever the person above you can improve!!

after you have done so, link your own char and wait for someone else to help you out

and if you feel like it add some questions to your link if you have any.

(2) Switch Grimm Toll for Mjolnir's Runestone. You're way over hit cap.
(3) Swap Twirling blades for the Badge ones, and your boots for Anub's boots (if he drops them), and replace your trinket with anything. Preferably DMC:Greatness or Death's Verdict.

yes I know i am way over hit cap - if I had a runestone or anub's boots etc etc, replacing my expertise trinket is less than ideal until I get death's choice, I currently need that expertise unfortunately.

You have a middle of the road samount of arp, why not gem to soft cap?

Note I don't really do raids with him, so it's mostly heroics. And I'm aware of the gems, I just have too many 80's to epic gem them all (but I will get to it eventually). I also have Essence of Gossamer, Brawlers Souvenir and my Alchemy trinket to swap to depending on the fight/use.

I know that my rings and trinkets need replacing. Thinking of getting the 50 Triumph Hit Rating Trinket, but would that be worth it?
If not, what should I spend my Triumph on next?

Also, which enchant should i get for my off-hand? I've seen Berserking/Berserking and Berserking/Executioner, Berserking/Massacre.

You have way more hit than you need. 162 is the cap of what you need for your specials to be capped if you are 3/3 precision.

Your expertise is waaaaay low, so that should be your focus for the next little bit.

I'd swap the belt you are using for the ilevel 226 crafted one. That would swap some hit for expertise rating.

I'd also pick up the T9 legs to get some expertise.

Since you are going to swap in the T9 legs, I'd follow it up with T9 chest to get your 4 piece set bonus, then flip your helm to the 75 badge one (Endless rampage?).

Swap the Goulish Glee ring for either of the emblem of triumph ones.

Regarding your off hand enchant, berserking is the way to go. Executioner is a decent one, but only if you are close to capping arpen as far as I've heard.

I run 10's with my guild and we're about to start heroic ToC, which will yeild some upgrades. I only get into pug 25's and have yet to see a Justicebringer drop, let alone win one. Oh and WTB a new cloak!

Prioritizing Overpower negates a lot of the dodges from behind. The SEP for Expertise is a lot lower than hit, many of the top Arms warriors actually run with a lot less expertise atm. They however change their priority list to Overpowers #1 so no procs/dodges get wasted. The increased damage from DW, the fact you get rage from dodges still, and the decreased GCD of Overpower, AND the fact that Overpowers acannot be dodged help negate the need for expertise...at least the need for expertise over gemming for ArP.

The current idea for arms is that having the correct amount of expertise is wanted, but not at the expense of ArP. So if there's an upgrade for you that has either ArP or expertise on it...you take the ArP one and forget about expertise. I myself only run with 15 expertise. And you never gem/chant for expertise.

Even if Executioner was to cap your ArP at 100% on the dot...its still not as good as Berserking.

hm, you are gemming and enchanting for resi - you would be way better off with full str gemming! and the stat enchant

other than that replace 1 of you str+stam gems with the 10+ to all stats, nightmares something i believe is the name.

you're right actually, but you won't believe why I still have it:
it's only my chest piece which has resil enchanted plus a resil gem, I got that piece from archavon 25 in the FIRST week of turning lvl 80 in one of the first pug kills of archavon back in november/dezember 2008.
back then I used to be prot and I have kept this in my bank, until dual spec came out, where I started to get my pvp gear. since then I haven't found an upgrade and that's why I also didn't bother upgradeing the enchant or gem ;p (I think you can see my ilvl213 gear has crap gems and crap enchants, whereas ilvl245 stuff I have full epic gems and enchants)
