You were right if we were discussing it in normal geometry (normal trigonometry in this case). but it falls under Spherical trigonometry. in which this kind of shape is indeed a triangle.

Note : It might be interesting to you that unlike normal triangles, A+B+C != 180 (in degrees) in these triangles.

And piffer I like you man ! Like how a man likes a man And because of your bravery and heroic acts I will award you with +20 points. go have fun with 'em .

    and at you coolmatt:
What I said there is the official description of the Pythagorean's theorem. Area is used in that in the same meaning with sqrt or a^2 or aXa but at those times these forms of writing were not popular and Pythagorean actually shaped squares and counted their area. that is why such word is used in that description.
And lol wut? How are you gonna say that any of the degrees are 90 ? you know... a right triangle has a meaning man... actually all degrees in this triangle are nearly equal to 74(not exactly because degrees are not defined the normal way here)

It could only be the north pole, hence white.

i've heard of rainbow bears at the south pole

right triangle has 2 perpendicular legs, thus creating a 90 degree angle

Re: use your mind to solve the problem

    ofc...

    btw...

All these bullshit about math and geometry was just to prove that hunters are smart. so use 8) please and act like you are smart even if you are not.

we got a show to do man. get yourself ready.

    Important edit :

I am sorry I was kinda dumb when I posted this part... I actually pulled this out of my ars.
. actually all degrees in this triangle are nearly equal to 74(not exactly because degrees are not defined the normal way here)
In fact All degrees in this triangle are 90 degrees and what I said above is just pure dumb.
But still it is not a right triangle because:

I guess the description you have read about right triangles are :
right-angled triangle is a triangle in which one angle is a right angle (that is, a 90 degree angle).
But it is only partially true. The complete description is :
right-angled triangle is a triangle in which one and only one angle is a right angle (that is, a 90 degree angle).

And as in this case it is not (because we have a 3rd triangle not a 2rd) it is not a right triangle and thus Pythagorean theorem does not apply.

so.. if the hunter is circling around the north pole, then the bear must be white X_x

    am i rite?

Re: use your mind to solve the problem

You still haven't answered my follow-up question!
The hunter skins the bear, how many does he aggro?

Re: use your mind to solve the problem

    We missed one important thing...

Hunter shot the bear tho if both hunter and bear are on Earth its logical that bear is at least a bit red.

So hunter and bear might look smth like this

As the one who posted the question I'd like to point out you're all wrong. The bear was LIME green. Even though the hunter was in the south pole he had a bear with him at all times that he brought with him...Now leave the question and laugh at the OP for having spell power gear...please :-[

This thread is about the hunter and the bear he hunted ! What are you talking about ?

And for all those who have problems with the hunter's location :

There are no bears in Antarctica(South Pole) so our dear Hunter must be somewhere around the North Pole.
But where exactly for this to be true ?
The answer is : He must be exactly on the north pole.
As you see in this picture :

I know it is not 1 mile.

If he goes 1 mile to south then 1 mile to east/west and 1 mile to north he will be at his camp again.

guess who is using minds now?
wtf man thats not 1 mile

Re: use your mind to solve the problem

I found the answer to the follow up question guys!

In fact the bear was not skinned at all. It is not proved that the bear was killed by the shot. Actually it isn't.
The hunter did shoot him but the shot was Wyvern sting. Guess why he used that? To use Tame pet after that.
The answer is that he fed the bear after that and they walked to his camp peacefully. And they lived happily for ever after.

This is the sum of a huntards life.
