Trouble pulling over 4k DPS

Note: this is an alt, recently started gearing it.. chest peice is terrible along with the cloak and valorous legs
The thing is i see DK's less geared then me pulling more dps..
My primary dps spec is blood - 4509 AP self buffed 26.51% crit chance 268 hit rating~ in 25man raids i manage to pull 3-3.8k DPS maximum with a standard rotation of : PS>IT>DS>HS>HS>HS>RDUMP>PEST (repeat with some variations including hysteria dancing rune empower blood tap etc)
I'm also considering changing specs from blood to unholy but in my opinion blood>unholy until 3.2.
Any corrections in spec rotation gems/gear etc would be appreciated. Thanks

yeah you will have unlimited rp but death coil doesnt hit for enough to be worth the gcd

for Unholy u need 4p t9 set bonus to pull good dps. Also for Blood is important to be exp/hit caped.

Get rind of that pvp gear and gem them proper (why i saw res gem on chest and missing ench on back) Gem only with STR gems and use 1 http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49110 and 1 http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40142 to get the meta bonus - put them proper to get the item bonus

Use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47673 or http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45254 if u dont have emblems. Awareness is for frost only.

also missing head ench and wrong meta - use 21agil + 3%crit incr

use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45804 instead of Disease one and why u put 2 points in Night of the dead?

Its been a while since I've been Blood Spec but I do pull 8k on single target non gimmick fights as UH.

Anyway is GoD the glyph to have? I though Dark Death glyph was better.

Necrosis is a much greater dps gain that NotD since as blood you rely little on the pet and the dmg it does is almost insignifigcant.

Arp, you need more of it. Blood relies heavily on physical dmg. The more Arp the better. Try and get the trinket from reg ToC because it will do you much more good as blood than Mirror.

Lastly, I think anyway you are abyssmaly low on expertise. Exp cap is 26, you're at 10.

We're currently on Patch 3.2.2. :P

I'd say that with your Armor Pen, Unholy would be the way to go unless you have gear with more of it.

But! If you decide to stay Blood...

with that rotation you do not have enough rp to double death coil.. 2 death coils is an rpdump for me anyway?

i have the trinket from n toc i usually have it on was just seeing what the difference between the 2 we're.. it puts me close to the exp cap*

You Death Strike as a 5th move because you will have built up RP, which will increase the damage it does. There is a rotation that uses DS first to get that buff up, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're the only person in a raid supplying that buff.

That rotation is:

DS-IT-PS-HS-HS-DC-HS-HS-DS-HS-HS

Then you'll return to the regular rotation

Ok i managed to pull 3.5k on the heroic dummy self buffed.. thats a decent up from around 3000-3100 that i used to pull. raid buffed using a proper rotation i should hit 4k~ as i gear more it will be helpful too.

This is the correct rotation since he has Sigil of Virulence.
