hi there,
I wonder if you are able to get this after patch 3.2, since it made epic mounts available at level 40. once you learn epic mount training, will this quest be available? and at which level can you solo it without any problems?

yes its still ingame, soloable at lvl65-70

im fairly sure the quest is still only available from level 60, not level 40, but i havent lvled another paladin since the start of TBC so i might be wrong...

Yes, it requires level 60. In fact, it also continues to show as a level appropriate quest, even at lvl 80, lol.

you can actually get that in wrath as well... just have to do the quest...

No, it's a tabard given to all draenei who complete a certain questline in the starter area.
