I have a bit of a problem. I used to be one of the top healers in my guild and was always high in the meters but just l8ly ive found myself slipping down and now im at the bottem of healing with healers in our progression runs, does anyone have any tips or pointers that could help plz

To be on top of the healing meters? Roll a Druid.

I'd guess that your raid may be doing fights that are getting into more raid wide damage than before, so you're seeing the raid healers rise on the meters as they deal with it. Thats not an indication you're doing anything wrong... now if the tanks you're assigned to keep dying... that may very well indicate you've got problems.

You've got too much spell power and not enough intelect. 24k mana unbuffed is pretty crappy for the amount of 245 gear you have. Drop both of you're SP trinkets and get Int ones (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=48724 and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47215 are easy to get) Stop gemming fro crappy set bonuses, gem for straight Int except what's needed for your Meta. Drop the SP meta and get the Int meta.

Cast more HL and fewer FoL. If you have mana problems, stack more Int and use http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40705.

Use Divine plea often, learn to time it with damage lulls when possible, or use Avenging Wrath to counter the healing reduction.

Be smart with Beacon, keep it up. In hard fights it's nearly as good as a 2nd healer. Use sacred shield. Use an occasional FoL to keep a Hot up on the SS target. Don't forget about Holy Shock.

Use a click-to-cast addon or mouse-over key binds.

TLDR: gem for int, cast HL, use your whole tool box in the right situations.
