[Elemental] Talisman of Resurgence

I've done alot of searching and haven't found much for it in the ways of how useful it is for an Elemental Shaman.

Talisman of Resurgence

What I'm currently using:
Talisman of Volatile Power
Abyssal Rune


Any help would be great =]

Almost certainly inferior to Volatile Power.

The two your using would be a better combo. As an ele shaman, you gain nothing from int other than a larger mana pool.

Yes. But very little. IIRC 128 Int ~= .75% crit. Volatile power is 2.74% crit. And crit is the worst of the three stats (SP, haste, crit). 84 haste > 126 crit > 128 Int.

Anyway, on trinkets procs/use effects usually far override the stats. Usually. Most of the time. Not always.
