Phoenix - Executus EU (PVP) is an Alliance guild that has been around on the server since the start of 2007. it was always one of the top guilds on the server after Magtheridon content and went on to remain there until the end of TBC. At Sunwell level it cleared 4/6 pre-patch (due to summer time events) with some descent tries on M'uru. After patch within a week it had cleared Sunwell and was preparing for WOTLK content.
Our WOTLK experience so far has been Clearing Naxx25 and working towards Black Proto Drakes but missing out by the deadline by a week!
We were the server alliance first to down Sarth+3 25man and also farmed S+3 10man.
In Ulduar we have cleared all the Hardmodes including Algalon, and ofc gotten our Ironbound Protodrakes.

We are now recruiting skilled players to strengthen our ranks to finnish the current content and prepare for Cataclysm
The current core of the guild is extremely strong and is looking to expand and bring in fresh blood to make those challenges that are infront over the next few months. We have a strong base of English, Romanian, Polish, Finnish and Swedish players and all mix well together to form a friendly Ventrilo where english is the language!

Attendance - 5 Days a week (May be less depending on progression)

As a trialist you are expected to have 100% attendance, and once promoted you are looking to keep that 85%
Willingness - Will you respecc for the guilds needs? are you able to do that spec to the standards required for your main spec?
Sociable - As the core is very sociable, we expect you to fit in somewhere with us!
Hardworking - Do you give up on the first few wipes in progress?If so This isnt the guild for you. we require persistant people that want to do the best content in the game.
Research - Do you know everything there is to know about your class? do you make it your job to turn up to raids to output the best damage/healing you can?
