Its a "stand-alone" addon. You cant use it ingame. Un-zip and run the rawr.exe file.

I wonder.. is it possible to have an in-game version of Rawr or Enhsim? it's probably to huge of a file right?

LUA the programming language of WoW addons would be painfully slow at these calculations and besides the big draw of EnhSim & Rawr is that we can test out gear choices when not in game eg: at work :
