Is there an add-on that will tell you which character has read mail still sitting in their inbox?

Mh, I'm not quite certain what exactly you're asking for, so 2 options:

1) You can not check the mail of other characters if you don't log on to them.
2) Addons like "Postal" can tell you if there's still mail you've already read in your inbox, presuming that you opened the mailbox at least once with the addon active.
