Enhance Shaman DPS: Help

Earlier today I posted about my Enhance Shaman and the point. And someone asked for me to tell my rotation and such to see if I am a noob. And if I should "L2P" so I am here to let you guys judge if I should "L2P" and if I am doing something wrong; then please correct me in a reply to this post.

Rotation: SS, ES, M5; LB or CL, LL. That is my starting rotation, then I just start using the priority of what move is off CD.
Priority: M5; LB or CL, SS: ES, SS, LL. That is my priorty that I use after my starting rotation.
Heroism: Wolves and Fire Elemental.
Ranged: Flame Shock if out of range.
Totems: Strength of Earth, Magma, Mana Spring, and Windfury.
Imbunes: Windfury; MH, Flametounge; OH.

Maybe I am geming wrong. I am thinking about re geming all Haste? Something wrong with my gear? Am I supposed to be wearing leather? (jk)

i see your also using the Lava lash glyph..replace that with Windfury
