Faction champions bugging reset

We went toc10 hc today, and got to champs. When we pulled them, within 10sec they would reset. Tried pulling with different abilities like charge and deathgrip. Lost 4 tries so far.

Anyone had problems with this?
If so, what to do?

Try a soft reset? Not sure, has never happened to us.

Dont charge, works for me.

Turned out, the warlock bugged when so he didn't get down propperly, and got stuck. When anyone got out of range of him, they reset.

It happened to us during a togc 25 a few weeks ago, the warrior was stuck and didn't come with the others npc, even after a soft reset. We ended up getting the help of a very nice GM who summoned him before each pull.
