Bladestorm needed for Raiding Arms???

Ok sorry if this is somewhere else but Im lvling up my warr right now and was playing with the talent calcs and was thinking is bladestorm even worthwhile in a raid enviroment? switching bladestorm for say deathwish?

MS and DW share a cooldown, so its pointless, bladestorm just gives you one more button to press and in aoe groups, is awsome.

It's pretty good in some situations , but not on every fight. Don't go for deathwish since we have a 10% damage increase enrage when we crit (which is up 24/7 during a fight), and enrages don't stack , so yeah , rather a waste of talents for extra 10% damage for a short period. Stick with bladestorm.

since when? MS has a 6 sec (5 sec talented) cd and DW has a 3 min cooldown

Death Wish doesn't stack with Wrecking Crew which should have close to a 100% uptime. So if you're comparing bladestorm and death wish as your choices, blaestorm is the real victor. Oh, it's also the most bursty ability we have, and when used, you'll see your DPS increase by a significant amount assuming you have your procs and rend rolling.

Yeah its really nice to use when you have lets say DC/DVx2 proc'ed and zerkin.

Of course you can't just use it right away gotta make sure MS is on CD, OP has time left before the charge goes away and rend is up, either than that it does a lot of damage

Bladestorm should be used on every encounter, regardless of whether the encounter has adds or not. So yes, it's worth picking up.

Oh aye, how to make friends and get people to love you is to totally fuck every cloth user over by popping Bladestorm on FC hardmode, especially considering the 75% reduced AOE damage taken buff they got.

Good luck finding people able to put up with your ignorance!

its not really needed but it comes in handy in aoe situations. never really understood why people use it on single targets,, since even when you 'time it properly' your dps goes somewhat down, compared to MS, execute and slamming. besides, if you want DW you'll have to drop some more points which you DO need from the arms tree.

When you time it with the right buffs it is a dps increase, that's why people use it on single targets. You can't just charge in and bladestorm, you have to be sure to have all your buffs up and use it when other abilities are on CD in order to maximize it.
