What is considered Good/Geared enough for ICC?

for 10man ICC, 232 is probably what its balanced around. 226 should be 'enough' for decent dps/healers. 245 will probably be expected for the majority of your slots (unless BiS itemization prefers a lower ilvl)

Red = Hard
Yellow = Medium
Green = Easy

According to Wow-Heroes full ilvl 245 gear is just barely in the Yellow zone (almost Red) in 25man ICC normal.

I probably wouldn't take anyone with a majority of gear below 232 into ICC.

Question: Can you buy/craft upgrades with triumph badges?

If yes then you need more gear before ICC, if no you will be fine in ICC 10 and possibly even ICC 25.
