MM Hunter help with DPS, desperately

MM Dwarf Hunter, doing around 3.5k DPS in ToC, and 4k DPS in ToC 25. I have been reading all updates and talent tree. shot rotation is serpent sting>silencing shot>Chimera shot>Aimed shot>Steady Shot. Then Rapid Fire>Readiness>Rapid Fire and then around, please help me in dire need.

Well looks like you looked up the cookie cutter spec.... But you are speccing for Arcane shot when you arent using it in your rotation. Dont do that. Spec out of it.

Gems: Gem nothing but agi, and meta shoudl be 21 agi +3% crit damage meta. The only time you should not gem agi is using a +10 stats gem to activate your meta, and using 10 agi 10 crit gems for socket bonuses that are 4 agi or higher. Dont use cheap enchants.

Enchants: Use the stronger enchants, you are using a lot of cheap weaker enchants. Bracer Enchant should be AP, not +stats. Use the engi enchants for gloves and boots (rocket gloves and nitro boosts respectively)

Macros: I dont know what macros you use, but all your main shots should be in macros with Silencing Shot, Rocket Gloves, and Kill Command. This is assuming you dont need silencing shot in that encounter for utility.

Haste: It sucks, dont go for it. If its on your gear, great, its a dps boost, but dont go after it (you have a haste gem).

Hit: You are 1.27% over hit cap, and thats assuming you have no dreania in your party, which as alliance you usually will have.

I just came back from Pre-BC, and things came fast to adapt to from then
Can you help me with Survival spec as well cause I would like to switch from each other tree talent since its known to put out more dps until Arp is maxed out

This is one of those common hunter myths, that is not true. Its based on your ranged weapon damage, since MM is more reliant on weapon damage. Your weapon is good enough that MM > Surv.

My last question sorry to ask so much, just havent been able to find such info and help on anything, but how can I up my Dps to 4k+ dps, cause im only doing 3.4k overall dps in ToC and not nearly enough than what ppl are telling me for the gear I have and getting frustrated with myself of not pulling enough
