SUF Setup problems

I just downloaded and installed Shadowed Unit Frames for the first time - when I try and set them up, they just randomly snap all over the screen when I drag them where I want them. I've dug through the options for about 20 minutes but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you overlook the first window you see that pops up whilst your dragging your frames?
[] Enable bar snapping
Or something along the lines
