Advice needed

Anybody have some helpful suggestions for me. Arms warrior here is my armory.

what is it that you need advice for?

Yes perhaps I was too vague, okay any suggestions on gems. Stats, gear, anything that should be replaced or upgraded. Things like, use this enchant not that one. This gem would be better until you hit this cap. Those sort of things.
