Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

One of my Guildies linked their Blacksmithing today, and towards the top of their list is this set. From what I can see to wear the whole set I would need to be Level 74 but that's only a few more quest turn ins away. So my question is if the set is really worth it for a Level 74 Fury warrior.

Ehhh... ok for DPS but damn will you be squishy. No stam whatsoever. So I'd say no.

Hit the random dungeons and do quests, you'll be swimming in much better gear.
